Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via credit card, ACH, or other approved methods.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 31 days before the service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15-30 days will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Additional Charges: Fees for overtime, mileage, tolls, or damages may apply and will be invoiced separately.

8. Transportation Services

Driver Hours: Drivers must comply with federal regulations, including limits on driving hours. Extended trips may require overnight accommodations for drivers, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Equipment: While we strive to provide the requested vehicle type, substitutions may occur based on availability.
Prohibited Items: Weapons, explosives, pets (except service animals), and other restricted items are not allowed on board.

9. Ratings and Reviews

You may leave reviews and ratings for our services. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and free of offensive language. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Bus Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
